合金工具铜9XC(注一)很广泛地被利用以制造金属切削工具:圆形螺丝铰板、铰刀、扩孔刀、及许多其他刀其。根据苏联国家校准,9XC钢在供应状态,其硬度应在H_B=197至241限度之间。实际上供给厂里的轧制钢一般则有硬度H_B=229至241,很少有低于者H_B=229;即适合于苏联国家标准规定范围的高极限。可是在制造大部份形状复杂或尺寸大的工具时(拉模、各种冲模、铰刀的装置刀片、大型螺丝铰板及扩孔刀),厂里须用供应的钢料进行鍜压。经鍜制或轧制之后,9XC钢呈片状波来体金相组织,硬度为H_B=300至340。为了便于此后执行
