作者研究了正常人接种乙肝疫苗前后对植物血凝素(PHA)的转化应答。筛选出的34名血清阴性者,按0、1、6月接种乙肝疫苗,不同时间采血,分离外周血单核细胞(PBMCs)进行如下试验: PBMDs经PHA、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和Indomethacin(INDO)刺激,再与1μCi氚标记胸腺嘧啶作用后,用液闪计数仪测定细胞的放射活性,检查淋巴细胞的转化应答。PBMCs化抗-CD4和抗-CD8单克隆抗体一起培育,检查淋巴细胞的细胞毒活性。对CD25抗原(IL-2受体)出现动态也做了比较观察。
The authors studied the conversion of phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) to normal human hepatitis B vaccine.
