本文从实际应用出发,对气动冲击式手工具优化设计模型进行了讨论,将气动工具的设计问题转变成约束最小化问题,从而实现了气动工具多目标优化设计。文中以FC型气镐为例,进行了包括重量、冲击功率和热效率为目标函数的优化设计,用统一目标法和正弦函数法解决各分目标函数的重要程度及它们量纲和量级上的差异,还讨论了微机作业过程。
This paper starts from the practical application, discusses the optimization design model of the pneumatic impact hand tool, and converts the design problem of the pneumatic tool into the problem of minimization of constraints, thus realizing the multi-objective optimization design of pneumatic tools. Taking the FC-type ballast as an example, the optimization design including objective weight, impact power, and thermal efficiency is performed. The importance of each sub-objective function and its dimension and magnitude are solved by the unified objective method and the sine function method. Differences, also discussed the computer operation process.
