采用氮化钛、碳化钛、碳化硅纳米粉体作为载体,制备担载型RuO2催化剂;并利用X-射线衍射(XRD)及电化学测试技术对样品进行表征。结果表明:纳米TiN、TiC粉体在高温煅烧时都发生了氧化反应,部分转化为TiO2,而纳米粉体SiC比较稳定,不发生化学反应,RuO2/SiC催化剂相比RuO2/TiC、RuO2/TiN催化剂也具有较好的析氧催化活性。
The supported RuO2 catalyst was prepared by using titanium nitride, titanium carbide and silicon carbide nano-powders as carrier. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electrochemical measurement. The results show that the nano-TiN and TiC powders all undergo oxidation reaction when calcined at high temperature, and partly convert to TiO2. The nano-powder SiC is relatively stable and does not react chemically. Compared with RuO2 / TiC and RuO2 / TiN The catalyst also has good oxygen evolution catalytic activity.
