本文利用惰性气体膨胀加载的方式对两种溶质原子Nb含量为3wt%、6wt%的Mo-Nb合金单晶材料的高温内压蠕变性能进行了研究。蠕变实验在1600℃下进行了3000h,图1为Mo-3Nb、Mo-6Nb合金单晶的蠕变曲线,比较两者可看出合金化Mo-6Nb单晶的蠕变性能明显优于合金化Mo-3Nb单晶。随着溶质原子铌含量的增加,Mo-Nb合金单晶的高温内压蠕变性能增强。图2为美国
In this paper, the creep behavior of two Mo-Nb alloy single crystal materials with 3wt% Nb and 6wt% Nb atoms dissolved in an inert gas was studied. Creep experiments were carried out at 1600 ℃ for 3000h. Fig.1 shows the creep curves of Mo-3Nb and Mo-6Nb single crystal. Comparing the two shows that the creep properties of alloyed Mo-6Nb single crystal are obviously better than that of alloy Mo-3Nb single crystal.
