采用FAO推荐的抗性测定方法对采自湖北五个地区的锈赤扁谷盗Cryptolestesferrugineus(Stephens)种群进行磷化氢毒力测定,结果表明:这五个地区锈赤扁谷盗种群对磷化氢的抗性水平差异极大,湖北襄阳种群(XYCF)磷化氢抗性最低为4.4倍,属敏感种群;湖北钟祥(ZXCF)和湖北武汉种群(WHCF)抗性倍数分别为7.4和8.3倍,属低抗性种群;湖北荆州(JZCF)和湖北麻城种群(MCCF)的磷化氢抗性倍数分别为197.5和838.4倍,属极高抗性种群。
Phytotoxicity assay of Cryptolestesferrugineus (Stephens) population collected from five areas in Hubei Province was conducted using the recommended method of resistance evaluation by FAO. The results showed that: The resistant level of hydrogen was very different. The lowest resistance to phosphine in XYCF was 4.4 times, which was a sensitive population. The resistance ratios of Hubei Zhongxiang (ZXCF) and Hubei Wuhan population (WHCF) were 7.4 and 8.3 times (JZCF) of Hubei Province and MCCF of Hubei Province were 197.5 and 838.4 times, respectively, which were highly resistant populations.
