人才作为企业的第一资本,是企业发展的最佳动力源泉。企业实施国际化战略,成败关键在于国际化人才队伍的倾心培养和合理使用。随着中国石油企业多年以来“走出去”海外发展战略的推动与实施,走国际化道路的国内企业正面临着积极拓展海外业务的难得机遇期,加快国际化人才培养和人才储备,是企业实现建成与国际接轨、具有核心竞争力的国际公司的必然需要。本文介绍了中国石油集团工程设计有限责任公司(CPE)北京分公司(文中简称CPE北京分公司)致力于国际化人才培养模式的初步探索与实践,形成了一套独具特色的人才培养模式,为石油工程领域国际化人才培养提供了一定的借鉴与参考。

This article introduces the preliminary exploration and practice of internationalized personnel training mode committed by China Petroleum Engineering Design Co., Ltd (CPE) Beijing Branch (hereinafter referred to as CPE Beijing Branch), forming a set of unique talent training mode, It provides some reference and reference for internationalized personnel training in petroleum engineering field.
