在2L高压反应釜内,通过测定平衡时总Cr~(6+)浓度及Cr2O7~(2-)浓度,研究了反应温度、CO_2压力、搅拌转速、碳化反应时间及Na2CrO4料液浓度对碳化法生产Na2Cr2O7工艺中一次碳化率的影响及一次碳化率、总Cr6+浓度对Na2CrO4二次碳化率的影响.结果表明,在反应温度60℃、CO_2压强1.2MPa、搅拌速度800r/min、反应时间2h及料液浓度4.17mol/L时,一次碳化率可达70%;一次碳化率为60%及总Cr6+浓度为5mol/L时,二次碳化率可达95%.
The effects of reaction temperature, CO 2 pressure, stirring speed, carbonization reaction time and concentration of Na2CrO4 on carbonation process were studied in a 2L autoclave by measuring the total Cr 6+ concentration and Cr 2 O 7 2- concentration at equilibrium. Effect of primary carbonization rate and total Cr6 + concentration on the second carbonization rate of Na2CrO4 in Na2Cr2O7 production process was studied. The results showed that under the conditions of reaction temperature 60 ℃, CO_2 pressure 1.2MPa, stirring speed 800r / min, reaction time 2h and The feed rate of 4.17mol / L, a carbonation rate of up to 70%; a carbonation rate of 60% and total Cr6 + concentration of 5mol / L, the second carbonization rate of up to 95%.
