骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSC)是目前常用于细胞移植治疗的组织工程种子细胞,很多研究致力于BMSC移植修复各种缺血梗死的机体组织.BMSC可能通过多种途径改善组织供血状况,目前认为其旁分泌促血管生成因子及具有向血管内皮细胞分化的潜能是其促血管再生的重要机制.近年来有学者提出BMSCs的旁分泌机制是促血管生成的主要机制:有研究用乳酸乙醇酸支架组合成骨样细胞与BMSC比较成血管能力时发现,虽含小鼠支架材料的血管密度较空白对照组明显增多,但成骨样细胞组与BMSCs组分泌的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平相差无几,血管密度基本一致,且成骨样细胞是BMSC分化后的细胞,故认为BMSC促进血管再生细胞旁分泌成血管因子是主要作用,与分化的方向相关性不大[1].
