退役运动员是一个特殊的群体,他们的项目类别多,差别大。其职业转换意向也是多样化的,因此,要切实提高退役运动员的就业竞争力和就业率,必须建立健全法律法规和相应的社会保障制度。构建适合于退役运动员多层次化培训的管理运行机制,探索实践多种培训模式,在政府的积极主导和引领下,优化整合盘活体、校、企及社会各体育集团的资源,在全社会的大力支持下,使所有的普通退役运动员都取得一种或多种从业资格或学历,通过实习实训,能顺利与就业岗位的优化对接。
