为了提高凸轮毛坯的成形精度,通过优化凹模型腔结构,并利用DEFORM三维有限元模拟软件对凸轮的等温挤压成形过程进行模拟。模拟优化结果表明,金属流动顺利,成形效果良好,为生产弧面凸轮毛坯的模具设计和成形工艺的制定提供了合理的参考依据。
In order to improve the forming precision of the cam blank, the process of isothermal extrusion of the cam was simulated by optimizing the cavity structure of the concave mold and using DEFORM 3D finite element simulation software. The simulation results show that the flow of metal is smooth and the forming effect is good, which provides a reasonable reference for the mold design and forming process of the arc cam blank.
