小儿惊厥是常见的儿科疾病,及时准确地作出鉴别诊断,对指导临床治疗极其重要。本文应用概率统计及模糊数学的方法建立了一种新的计算机辅助鉴别诊断的数学模型,在大量资料统计的基础上,结合医生经验,编制了电子计算机的框图及程序,然后又经过反复验证及数次的现场观摩测试,使同行医师感到满意后,制成计算机软件。应用本程序诊断小儿惊厥,其诊断正确率达97.7%,较临床医生的诊断正确率(符合率)高30%,速度方面则提高更多。
Pediatric convulsions are common pediatric diseases, make timely and accurate differential diagnosis, is extremely important to guide the clinical treatment. In this paper, a new mathematical model of computer-aided differential diagnosis is established by using the methods of probability statistics and fuzzy mathematics. Based on a large amount of data statistics, combined with the doctor’s experience, the block diagram and program of electronic computer are compiled. After that, Several on-site observation test, so that fellow physicians satisfied, made of computer software. The application of this program in the diagnosis of pediatric convulsions, the correct diagnosis rate of 97.7%, compared with the clinician’s diagnostic accuracy (coincidence rate) 30% higher speed more.
