通过搅拌法加入Al2O3颗粒制备颗粒增强Al-0.97%Mn复合材料,并在组织、力学性能及磨损性能等方面分别与Al-0.9%Mn合金作对比。结果表明,Al-0.97%Mn复合材料的硬度明显高于Al-0.9%Mn合金并保留了良好的塑性;在低速干滑动摩擦磨损条件下,随着载荷增加,Al-0.9%Mn合金的磨损失重速度比Al-0.97%Mn复合材料快得多。
Al-0.97% Mn composite was prepared by adding Al2O3 particles by stirring method, and compared with Al-0.9% Mn alloy respectively in the aspects of microstructure, mechanical properties and wear properties. The results show that the hardness of Al-0.97% Mn composite is significantly higher than that of Al-0.9% Mn alloy and the good plasticity is retained. Under low-speed dry sliding friction and wear conditions, the wear of Al-0.9% Mn alloy increases with the increase of load The rate of weight loss is much faster than Al-0.97% Mn composites.
