进入老年,体型难免会悄然改变。有些老人体重大增,逼近肥胖线:有些老人四肢细瘦,腰围却加了好几码。这种体型的改变,不仅带来了外表的变化,更重要的是可能导致或加重很多老年疾病。卫生部中日友好医院干部保健科主任医师黄铁群和北京体育大学运动医学研究室教授陆一帆建议,老人应根据自身体型,有针对性地选择运动、调整饮食,才能将疾病拒之门外。
Into old age, the body will inevitably change quietly. Some elderly people gain weight, approaching the fat line: Some elderly people have thin limbs, waistline has added a few yards. This body shape change not only brings about the appearance of change, more importantly, may lead to or aggravate a lot of elderly diseases. Huang Tiequn, chief physician of the cadre health department of the Ministry of Health of China-Japan Friendship Hospital, and Lu Yifan, a professor of sports medicine laboratory of Beijing Sport University, suggested that the elderly should choose their sports and adjust their diet according to their body type before they can turn the disease out.
