我国农业和农村经济发展进入了一个新阶段。粮食和其它主要农产品由长期供不应求转变为阶段性供大于求,人民生活总体上开始进入小康,对农业和农村经济结构应当和可能进行战略性的调整。这一历史性跨越,不仅为农业和农村经济的发展创造了新的条件和机遇,也对农业信息服务工作提出了新的要求。一、农业信息服务工作的需求透明有序的信息环境,健全顺畅的信息网络,全面优质的信息服务,是推动农业走上持续、快速、健康发展之路的重要保障。首先,农业生产者和经营者面临着调整生产结构和进入市场,比以往任何时候都需要信息引导。要加强信息引导,抓紧建设农业信息网络,健全信息收集和发布制度,增强农民调整农业结构的主动性和预见性。 China’s agricultural and rural economic development has entered a new phase. The long-term supply shortage of grain and other major agricultural products has turned into a period of oversupply, and people’s lives as a whole have started to enter into a moderately prosperous life. The economy and the rural economy should be strategically adjusted. This historic leap has not only created new conditions and opportunities for the development of agriculture and rural economy, but also put forward new requirements for the agricultural information service. I. The demand for agricultural information service Transparent and orderly information environment, a sound and smooth information network and a comprehensive high-quality information service are important guarantees for pushing agriculture forward on a path of sustained, rapid and healthy development. First, agricultural producers and operators face the need to readjust information more than ever before, as they adjust their production mix and market access. We must step up information guidance, pay close attention to building an agricultural information network, improve the system for collecting and releasing information, and enhance the initiative and predictability of farmers in adjusting their agricultural structure.
