采用随机扩增多态DNA(RAPD)技术对山麦冬属的4种植物进行研究,并以沿阶草OphiopogonbodlinienLevl.为组外比较,用SPSS3.1+软件对实验数据进行统计分析,得到聚类图。观察所得结果,发现这5种植物被分为两大类群,短葶山麦冬、阔叶山麦冬、山麦冬、湖北山麦冬为一类,沿阶草为另一类,这与经典分类相一致,前4种隶属于山麦冬属,后一种属于沿阶草属;同时,我们发现短葶山麦冬和阔叶山麦冬相对遗传距离较近,结果为阔叶山麦冬是短葶山麦冬的阔叶变种提供分子遗传方面的佐证。
Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique was used to study the four species of Ophiopogon japonicus and took it as Ophiopogonbodlinien Levl. For out-of-group comparisons, SPSS 3.1+ software was used for statistical analysis of experimental data to obtain a clustering map. Observing the results, it was found that the five plants were divided into two major groups, the Ophiopogon japonicus, broadleaf Ophiopogon, Ophiopogon japonicus, and Ophiopogon japonicus were the first species, and the Ophiopogon japonicus were the other. The classification is consistent. The first 4 species belong to the genus Ophiopogon, and the latter belong to the genus Olympus. At the same time, we find that the relative genetic distances of Ophiopogon japonicus and broadleaf Ophiopogon are relatively close.
