中国现今的二元户籍制度已经弊端丛生,对其进行改革是大势所趋。在改革派的学者中有部分人认为户籍制度已成为城市化进程中的最主要障碍,并主张将当今户籍制度立即一举废止,以有力的促进城市化发展。笔者从农民是经济理性人的角度对此问题进行分析,并提出自己不同于以上学者的观点。 The dual household registration system in China now has a lot of drawbacks. To reform it is the trend of the times. Among the reformist scholars, some people think that the household registration system has become the most important obstacle in the process of urbanization and advocated that the current household registration system should be abolished immediately to effectively promote urbanization. The author analyzes the issue from the point of view that the peasants are economically rational people and proposes that they are different from the above scholars.
