目前研究胰腺癌蛋白质组学常用策略主要是表达蛋白质组学、比较蛋白质组学和细胞图谱蛋白质组学。分离技术、鉴定技术和蛋白质芯片是蛋白质组学常用的技术。从血清、胰液、病变组织和激素来研究胰腺癌的标志物,均发现了一些有意义的蛋白质峰。通过对胰腺癌相关蛋白质的分离和鉴定,有助于胰腺癌的早期发现和治疗。
At present, the common strategies used to study pancreatic cancer proteomics are to express proteomics, compare proteomics and cell mapping proteomics. Separation techniques, identification techniques, and protein chips are commonly used in proteomics. From the serum, pancreatic juice, diseased tissue and hormones to study pancreatic cancer markers, have found some meaningful protein peaks. Through the separation and identification of pancreatic cancer-related proteins, contribute to the early detection and treatment of pancreatic cancer.
