本文提出一种0°和90°缠绕角圆和非圆截面梁在拉弯载荷作用下的变形计算方法。本法将圆或非圆截面梁化分为有限个梁元进行位移、应变、应力分析,通过坐标转换,将各梁元的位移和载荷在梁上进行整合,从而得出0°和90°缠绕角圆或非圆截面梁在拉弯载荷作用下的分析模型。文中将理论计算结果与有限元数值计算结果进行对比,理论计算结果与数值实验结果有较好的一致性。结果说明,本文提出的计算方法可应用于0°和90°缠绕角圆和非圆截面梁在拉弯载荷作用下的分析计算。
In this paper, a method for calculating the deformation of a 0 ° and a 90 ° winding angle circular and non-circular cross-section beams under tensile load is proposed. This method divides the beam with circular or non-circular section into a finite number of beam elements for displacement, strain and stress analysis. Through the coordinate transformation, the displacement and load of each beam element are integrated on the beam to obtain 0 ° and 90 ° Analytical Model of Winding Circular or Noncircular Beams Under Tensile Bending Load. In this paper, the theoretical calculation results are compared with the finite element numerical calculation results, and the theoretical calculation results are in good agreement with the numerical experimental results. The results show that the calculation method proposed in this paper can be applied to the analysis and calculation of the 0 ° and 90 ° winding angle circle and non-circular cross-section beam under tension load.
