本文论述了新课程标准下初中化学教师可持续发展的内涵及其意义,着重探讨当前初中化学教师可持续发展中存在的问题,进而提出促进初中化学教师可持续发展的策略,试图为促进我国初中化学教育的发展作出些许贡献。
This paper discusses the connotation and significance of the junior middle school chemistry teachers’ sustainable development under the new curriculum standards, and focuses on the problems existing in the junior middle school chemistry teachers’ sustainable development. Then it puts forward some strategies to promote the junior middle school chemistry teachers’ sustainable development. The development of chemical education to make some contribution.
