国内航空业在日趋竞争激烈的环境下,改革现有的航空市场营销体制,引进先进的管理方法是唯一一条出路。收益管理是目前最适合国内航空公司采用的生存之路。收益管理的使用并不是买几台电脑,引进一套软件就可以实现的,尤其是在实施收益管理系统之前需要解决一些问题,才能保证它发挥出其应有的效果。国内航空公司的经营理念落后于世界很多,如果不在使用收益管理系统之前理顺内部关系,即使是使用最先进的技术,也不会有很好的效果。
In the increasingly competitive domestic aviation industry, it is the only way to reform the existing aviation marketing system and introduce advanced management methods. Revenue management is currently the most viable route for domestic airlines.
