用原子吸收分光光度法测定了小红参等11种中药中 Zn、Sr、Ni、Mn 等10种微量元素和 Ca 等3种宏量元素的含量。并据测定结果参考有关文献对小红参、人参果、茜草、柴胡、甘草等灰分率、元素含量和元素比值等特点的临床意义作了探讨。初步认为它们对防治某些心血管病、血液病和加强免疫、抗放射线、抗癌、抗衰老研究将有一定价值。
Atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to determine the contents of 10 trace elements such as Zn, Sr, Ni, and Mn, and three macro elements such as Ca in eleven kinds of traditional Chinese medicines such as small red ginseng. According to the results of the determination, the clinical significance of ash content, element content, and elemental ratio of small red ginseng, ginseng fruit, barnyardgrass, bupleurum, licorice, etc. was discussed with reference to the relevant literature. It is presumed that they will have certain value in the prevention and treatment of certain cardiovascular diseases, hematological diseases and strengthening immunity, anti-radiation, anti-cancer, anti-aging research.
