信息管理专业人才培养模式绩效是高校信息管理专业人才培养的现状的具体反映。本文从AHP方法出发,构建了信息管理专业人才培养模式绩效评价体系,并结合人才培养模式绩效评价的特点,提出以群组层次分析法作为具体的评价方法。在综合权重确定上,对专家个体排序向量的聚类分析运算获取专家的权重,通过综合专家个体排序量和专家的权重获取各指标的综合权重。
Information management professionals training mode performance is the concrete reflection of the status quo of university information management professionals training. Based on the AHP method, this paper constructs a performance evaluation system for the personnel training mode of information management, and puts forward the method of group level analysis as a concrete evaluation method based on the characteristics of the performance evaluation model. In the comprehensive weight determination, we get the weight of experts by clustering and analyzing the experts’ ranking vectors, and obtain the comprehensive weight of each index by synthesizing the ranking of experts and the weight of experts.
