目的研究齐墩果酸体外抗GPCMV作用。方法用细胞病变法和MTT法,检测齐墩果酸抗GPCMV的半数细胞毒性浓度和半数有效浓度,并与更昔洛韦和金叶败毒进行比较。结果更昔洛韦、金叶败毒、齐墩果酸的半数毒性浓度分别为333.8,3 015.6,70.8μg.ml-1,半数有效浓度分别为48.1,325.5,6.4μg.ml-1,治疗指数分别为7,9,11。结论齐墩果酸具有体外抗GPCMV作用,且高于更昔洛韦和金叶败毒;细胞毒性也略高于更昔洛韦和金叶败毒;抗GPCMV治疗指数最高。
Objective To study the anti-GPCMV effect of oleanolic acid in vitro. Methods Cytotoxicity and MTT assay were used to detect the half cytotoxic concentration and half effective concentration of oleanolic acid against GPCMV, and compared with that of ganciclovir and gold leaf. Results The half toxic concentrations of ganciclovir, gold leaf, and oleanolic acid were 333.8, 3 015.6 and 70.8 μg.ml-1, respectively. The half effective concentrations were 48.1, 325.5 and 6.4 μg.ml-1, respectively Indices were 7,9,11. Conclusion Oleanolic acid has the anti-GPCMV effect in vitro and is more toxic than ganciclovir and gold leaf. The cytotoxicity is also slightly higher than that of ganciclovir and gold leaf. The anti-GPCMV treatment index is the highest.
