在“中介制”一统天下的家政市场上,“员工制”曾被业界认为是“天方夜谭”。2012年11月,北京市人力资源和社会保障局在5家家政企业中启动了“员工制”试点。如今,“员工制”这条激活企业行业的新路径日渐清晰。近日,北京市人社局张祖德副局长接受《家庭服务》记者专访,还原北京市家政企业员工制试点道路,详细介绍北京市的宝贵经验。
