幼儿园管理工作是幼儿园众多工作中的重要工作之一。而在制度管理、文化管理的过程中,实行情感管理在一定程度上,能够起到事半功倍的效果。实践证明,情感管理不仅有利于幼儿的身心发展,更有利于教师保持愉悦的情绪,进而营造出一个安全、和谐的育人环境,促进幼儿园的可持续发展。本文笔者从领导管理、职工管理、幼儿管理、家长管理等方面阐明了自己的观点。
Kindergarten management is one of many important tasks in kindergarten. In the process of system management and cultural management, the implementation of emotional management to a certain extent, can play a multiplier effect.
