单纯疱疹病毒(简称HSV)是人类常见病毒性疾病的病原之一。它所引起的常见病有疱疹性皮炎,疱疹性角膜炎及疱疹性脑炎等。近来又指出HSV可能与动物肿瘤有直接或间接的关系。但是人们熟知的有抗HSV作用的核苷类似物——碘苷(IDU)和阿糖胞苷(Ara-C),毒性较大,碘苷又具致癌和致畸胎作用。为此,我们在组织培养、小鼠和家兔实验中,对阿糖腺苷(Ara-A)和刺参多糖(SJAMPS)的抗HSV作用进行了研究,其结果报道如下。
Herpes simplex virus (HSV) is one of the most common viral diseases in humans. It caused the common diseases are herpetic dermatitis, herpes keratitis and herpes encephalitis and so on. It has recently been pointed out that HSV may have a direct or indirect relationship with animal tumors. However, well-known nucleoside analogues against IDV-iodine (IDU) and cytarabine (Ara-C) are more toxic and idotines are carcinogenic and teratogenic. To this end, we studied the anti-HSV effects of Ara-A and SJAMPS in tissue culture, mouse and rabbit experiments, the results of which are reported below.
