From the three aspects of average life expectancy, the number of elderly people and the rate of aging, Japan can be regarded as the world’s oldest aging society. As the number of elderly people continues to increase, the number of youth strata bearing the responsibility of supporting children is declining. After 20 years of forecasting, China will generally be the same. Therefore, elderly people are highly isolated from society. The resulting problems are also more and more serious. Therefore, this article will explain the four major problems brought about by the social isolation of the elderly and put forward some corresponding solutions.
