烟酰胺磷酸核糖转移酶(nicotinamide phosphoribosyl transferase,NAMPT)是烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide,NAD+)补救合成途径的限速酶,具有类炎症细胞因子作用,在多种炎症刺激时可抑制中性粒细胞凋亡,还参与多种疾病的调控,与肿瘤的发生发展、分期分级及预后密切相关。但NAMPT的类炎症细胞因子作用是否与其调控的NAD+生物合成酶活性有关仍有待研究。本文旨在通过回顾NAMPT的功能、其与炎症、肿瘤的关系的研究进展以及NAMPT的抑制剂APO866/FK866在肿瘤中的应用,为临床防治上述疾病提供新的思路和方法。

Whether NAMPT-like inflammatory cytokines act in relation to their regulated NAD + biosynthetic enzyme activity remains to be seen. The purpose of this article is to provide new ideas and methods for clinical prevention and treatment of these diseases by reviewing the function of NAMPT, its research progress on inflammation and tumor, and the application of APO866 / FK866, an inhibitor of NAMPT in cancer.
