全国第二届心血管生理学术讨论会在福州召开。会议论文显示近年来我国在心血管神经调节的研究工作获得较大进展。现概述如下。心钠素:近年来,加拿大、日本和美国学者从大鼠和人心房组织分离出一类生物活性肽,称为心钠素(Cardionatrin,房肽素或心房肽-Atriopeptin)和人体α-心房钠尿多肽。它具有强大的利钠、利尿、舒张血管和降低血压的作用。新近发现在肾小管、血管壁、脑垂体和肾上腺等组织都有心钠素受体的存在。

Now summarized as follows. Atrial natriuretic factor: In recent years, Canadian, Japanese and American scholars have isolated a class of bioactive peptides from rat and human atrial tissue called Cardionatrin (atrial natriuretic peptide or atrial-peptide) and human a-atrial Natriuretic peptide. It has a powerful sodium, diuretic, vasodilatation and lower blood pressure. Recently found in the renal tubules, vascular wall, pituitary and adrenal tissue and other organizations have the presence of atrial natriuretic peptide.
