企业文化是企业发展的核心要素之一,对企业的发展发挥着积极的作用,国有企业的政工工作是其内部管理工作的重要组成部分,主要的作用是对企业内部员工进行思想政治教育。所以将企业文化和企业的政工工作有效的结合在一起,对企业的稳定、可持续的发展发挥着积极的影响。本文主要通过分析企业文化的内涵和国企政工工作的内涵,以及企业文化与国企政工工作的关系,探讨基于企业文化的国企政工工作创新举措,旨在为我国国有企业的发展提供借鉴和参考。
Corporate culture is one of the core elements of enterprise development and plays an active role in the development of enterprises. The political work of state-owned enterprises is an important part of its internal management. Its main function is to carry out ideological and political education for the employees in the enterprise. Therefore, the corporate culture and the effective combination of political work of enterprises, the stable and sustainable development of enterprises play a positive impact. This paper analyzes the connotation of corporate culture and the connotation of state-owned political work, as well as the relationship between corporate culture and the state-owned enterprise’s political work, to explore innovative measures for the work of state-owned enterprises based on corporate culture, aimed at providing reference for the development of Chinese state-owned enterprises.
