目的 对婴幼儿听力进行正确的定量定位评估 .为婴幼儿早期听力语言康复治疗提供依据 .方法 以听觉脑干诱发电位 (ABR)、畸变产物耳声发射 (DPOAE) ,对疑听力障碍的 10 0例婴幼儿进行听力检测 .记录V波反应域、DPOAE幅值、DP -NF幅值差 .结果 以ABRV波反应阈 40dB为正常判定标准 .2 0 0耳中ABR异常 135耳 (6 7 5 % ) ;DPOAE以超过本底噪音 10dB为有效 .与正常组比较 ,DPOAE异常有 5 6耳 (2 8% ) ,ABR异常而DPOAE正常的有 82耳 (4 1% ) ,ABR异常、DPOAE也异常的有 5 3耳 (2 6 5 % ) .结论 ABR、DPOAE联合应用对婴幼儿听力的早期定量定位评估比单独应用更准确而全面
Objective To evaluate the correct quantitative localization of hearing in infants and young children and to provide basis for the early hearing and speech rehabilitation of infants and young children.Methods The auditory brainstem response potential (ABR), distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) The cases of infants and young children were tested for hearing, and the amplitude of VOA, DPOAE and DPNF were recorded.Results The ABRV wave reaction threshold of 40dB was the normal criterion.The ABR of 135 ears (67.5% ); DPOAE was effective at more than 10 dB of background noise.Compared with normal group, DPOAE abnormalities were 56 ears (28%), ABR abnormalities were DPOAE normal 82 ears (41%), ABR was abnormal and DPOAE was abnormal (65.5%) .Conclusion The early quantitative assessment of hearing in infants and young children by ABR and DPOAE combined with a more accurate and comprehensive evaluation than the single application
