目的研究儿童热性惊厥(febrile convulsion,FC)发作后急性期头部核磁的变化,进一步分析海马体积的改变。方法对2009年10月-2011年10月在我院儿科住院治疗的40名热性惊厥患儿惊厥发作后72h内行头颅MRI检查,进行海马体积测量,并与正常儿童比较。结果热性惊厥组左右侧海马平均体积分别为2.03±0.13cm3和2.09±0.15cm3,均较对照组的1.93±0.13cm3和2.00±0.14cm3增大(P<0.01)。结论热性惊厥发作后急性期海马体积增大。
Objective To study the change of the head-to-head MRI in children after the onset of febrile convulsion (FC) and to further analyze the change of hippocampal volume. Methods A total of 40 children with febrile seizures treated in pediatric department of our hospital from October 2009 to October 2011 were examined by skull MRI within 72 hours after the onset of seizures. The hippocampal volume was measured and compared with normal children. Results The mean volume of the left and right hippocampus in the febrile seizure group were 2.03 ± 0.13 cm3 and 2.09 ± 0.15 cm3, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (1.93 ± 0.13 cm3 and 2.00 ± 0.14 cm3, P <0.01). Conclusions The volume of hippocampus in acute phase after febrile seizures increases.
