目的总结脊髓损伤(Spinal cord injury,SCI)标本成功制备需要特别注意的事项,为SCI的实验研究提供有价值的参考。方法 60只SD大鼠随机分为加强饲养组(A组)和常规饲养组(B组),两组均采用改良Allen法打击造成急性挫伤型SCI模型,分别实施预定饲养措施饲养1周,观察其并发症及死亡情况。结果模型制备后第1天A组和B组大鼠的BBB评分、斜坡试验角度值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),模型制备后第7天,A组和B组大鼠的BBB评分、斜坡试验角度值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组大鼠死亡率为26.67%,B组死亡率为56.67%,B组大鼠死亡率明显高于A组。结论严格、恰当的制备措施能够明显降低挫伤型SCI大鼠模型的死亡率,有效提高样本量。
Objective To summarize the preparation of spinal cord injury (SCI) specimens requiring special attention and provide a valuable reference for the experimental study of SCI. Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into intensive feeding group (group A) and conventional feeding group (group B). Both groups were treated with modified Allen method to cause acute contusion type SCI model. Its complications and death. Results On the first day after model preparation, the BBB score and slope angle of the rats in group A and group B had no statistical difference (P> 0.05). On the 7th day after model preparation, the BBB scores of rats in group A and group B There was significant difference between the score and the slope test (P <0.05). The mortality rate of group A was 26.67% and that of group B was 56.67%. The mortality of group B was significantly higher than that of group A. Conclusion Strict and appropriate preparation can significantly reduce the mortality of contusive SCI rats and increase the sample size effectively.
