以R601、R601a、R123、R227ea、R245fa、R600、R600a、R236ea为循环工质,以150℃地热水作为热源温度,建立了双级OFC系统模型,对系统的热性能进行了研究,同时揭示了不同工质的低压级最优闪蒸压力.结果 表明,当循环工质为R601,高压级闪蒸压力为630.53 kPa时,双级OFC的净输出功最大,为30.92 kW,其相较传统有机闪蒸循环增大22.55%,且相较于其它循环工质,此时双级OFC的热效率和炯效率最大,而总(火用)损最小.

基于相变传热的平板微热管阵列近年来频繁应用在狭小空间换热以及高热通量器件散热上.采用AN-SYS有限元模拟技术中的多相流模型对“铝-甲醇”组合微热管换热单元的换热过程进行模拟.模拟结果表明:充液率、管段位置以及截面形状等三种因素会影响单根微热管的换热性能;充液率为30%时传热效果较好;适当移动蒸发段或者冷凝段对工质相变循环有较大影响;方形截面热管的换热效果优于其他复杂截面形状的热管.
