以拉伸强度(TS)、断裂伸长率(E)、透光率(T)、溶解度(S)、水蒸气透过性(WVP)和氧气透过性(OP)等为品质指标,研究超声波功率和处理时间对蜂胶/纳米SiO_2复合膜品质的影响。结果表明,超声波处理能显著改善复合膜的性能。在试验范围,当超声波功率200 W,处理时间15 min时,膜的性能最佳,TS为13.00 MPa,E为3.99%,T为89.00%,S为33.58%,WVP为3.92 g/cm·s·Pa,OP为1.13 cm3/(m2·24 h·0.1 MPa)。
