介绍了减压等离子喷镀装置的结构原理、工艺过程及镀膜特性。说明了对大型柴油机滑动摩擦部件及在高温下工作部件包括气缸套、活塞环、排气门、球铁活塞等进行减压等离子陶瓷喷镀可以显著提高其使用寿命。实机运转试验结果表明,经陶瓷喷镀的气缸套和活塞环,其磨耗率仅为原用铸铁气缸套和活塞环的1/10;陶瓷喷镀排气门的使用寿命为原用堆焊斯太立合金排气门的10倍。
The structure principle, process and coating characteristics of vacuum plasma spraying equipment are introduced. It shows that the service life of the large diesel engine sliding friction parts and the working parts including the cylinder liner, the piston ring, the exhaust valve and the ductile iron plunger can be significantly reduced by using the plasma spraying process. The real machine running test results show that the wear rate of ceramic liner cylinder liner and piston ring is only 1/10 of the original cast iron cylinder liner and piston ring; the service life of ceramic spray exhaust valve is the original Stellar alloy exhaust valve 10 times.
