目的 探讨高氟饮水对小鼠脑功能的影响。方法 对饮加氟离子浓度 10 0、5 0、10 mg/ L水 6个月的小鼠 ,通过行为毒理学实验 (穿梭箱试验 )判断其学习和记忆功能 ,并对其脑组织胆碱酯酶 (Ch E)活力进行测定。结果 饮高氟水的小鼠学习和记忆能力显著落后于对照组 ;高氟组小鼠脑组织 Ch E活力显著高于对照组。结论 高氟饮水对小鼠脑功能有显著的影响 ,氟对中枢神经系统具有毒性作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of high fluoride drinking water on brain function in mice. Methods Mice with fluoride ion concentration of 10, 50, 10 and 10 mg / L water for six months were tested for their learning and memory abilities through behavioral toxicology test (shuttle box test), and their brain tissue cholinesterase Enzyme (Ch E) activity was measured. RESULTS: The learning and memory abilities of mice receiving high fluoride water significantly lagged behind those of the control group. The ChE activity of mice in high fluoride group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion High fluoride drinking water has a significant effect on brain function in mice, and fluoride has a toxic effect on the central nervous system.
