目的:探讨总结儿科开展优质护理服务的措施与实施效果。方法:医院于2015年6月开始在儿科病房中开展优质护理服务干预,具体包括护理管理工作优化、儿科病房环境优化、护理服务理念优化、护理内涵拓展优化、强化家属健康教育等诸多措施,比较医院实施儿科优质护理服务前后护理人员工作质量评分差异、患者家属护理满意度、护理纠纷事件发生率等指标的变化差异。结果:儿科优质护理服务实施后,护理人员的护理质量评分、护理满意度评分等,明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后医院儿科病房护理纠纷事件发生率,明显低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:儿科优质护理服务的开展,对提升病房护理质量及患儿家属护理满意度、避免护理纠纷发生等均有重要意义。
Objective: To summarize the measures and results of pediatric high quality nursing service. Methods: The hospital started quality nursing intervention in pediatric wards in June 2015, including specific nursing management optimization, optimization of pediatric ward environment, optimization of nursing service concept, extension and optimization of nursing connotation and strengthening of family health education. Before and after the implementation of pediatric quality nursing services in hospitals, nursing staff quality differences in scores, patient satisfaction with family care, nursing disputes and other indicators of changes in the incidence of differences. Results: After the implementation of pediatric quality nursing service, nursing staff’s nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction score were obviously higher than those before the implementation (P <0.05). After the implementation of hospital pediatric ward nursing disputes incidence rate was significantly lower than before implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion: The development of pediatric quality nursing service is of great significance to improve the quality of ward nursing care and the satisfaction of family members and to avoid the occurrence of nursing disputes.
