详细考察了溶剂、测量波长、样品浓度等影响分光光度法测定沥青质含量的重要因素.发现以正庚烷为溶剂,沥青质含量与溶液吸光度有良好线性关系,但对以甲苯为溶剂则同一波长吸光度与沥青质含量的线性关系斜率与复配油中沥青质和正庚烷可溶物的比例有关,从溶剂化角度对此现象予以解释,探讨了分光光度法测定的适宜浓度和波长范围,并对沥青质的分散状态进行了讨论.
A detailed examination of the solvent, the measurement wavelength, sample concentration and other factors that affect the spectrophotometric determination of asphaltene content. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the asphaltene content and the absorbance of the solution with n-heptane as a solvent. However, the linear relationship between the absorbance of the same wavelength and the asphaltene content was the same as that of the asphaltene and n-heptane solubles , This phenomenon is explained from the perspective of solvation. The suitable concentration and wavelength range for spectrophotometric determination are discussed. The dispersion of asphaltene is also discussed.
