微商是自媒体和互联网高度发展的产物,是一种基于社交服务平台,集移动与社交为一体的新型电商模式。文章阐述了自媒体时代下微商发展过程中逐渐出现诈骗频繁、社交关系危机、商业模式危机等三大信任危机。结合这些信任危机的具体表现探析微商信用危机的基本原因,并从法律制度、管理机制、交易双方能力素质方面为重建微商信用体系提出富有针对性的对策建议。
Micro-business is a highly developed product from the media and the Internet. It is a new model of e-commerce based on social service platform and integrating mobile and social networking. The article elaborates three gradual crisis of trust, such as frequent fraud, crisis of social relations and crisis of business mode, during the development of derivative in the media era. Combining with the concrete manifestation of these crisis of trust, this paper probes into the basic reason of the micro-business credit crisis and puts forward some pertinent countermeasures for reconstructing the micro-business credit system in terms of legal system, management mechanism and ability and quality of both parties.
