高磷酸锌盐磷化液经长期使用后易产生絮状悬浮物,文中分析了可能产生絮状物的原因,确定了絮状悬浮物的成分为Fe3(PO4)2,经追踪磷化液中的Fe2+含量,发现其值大于13g/L时产生絮状悬浮物。提出是由于主盐和促进剂比例失调所致,控制两者的比例在1~2∶1时,磷化膜均匀细致,Fe2+维持在10g/L以下。进而探讨了该磷化液中促进剂的作用机理
The high phosphate zinc salt phosphating solution is easy to produce flocculent suspended solids after long-term use. The reason of possible floccules is analyzed in this paper. The composition of the flocculent suspended solids is determined to be Fe3 (PO4) 2, Fe2 + content, found that the value of more than 13g / L produce floc suspended material.
