基于行为经济学的一般原理,对我国住房市场中需求者的决策机制进行理论与实证研究后发现:在我国住房市场中,消费性需求的预期性质倾向于不确定预期;投资性需求的预期性质倾向于适应性预期。基于研究结论,建议政府在制定宏观调控政策时立足于平衡住房市场供求关系,引导住房市场需求者预期。 Based on the general principles of behavioral economics, the author studies the decision-making mechanism of demanders in the housing market both theoretically and empirically and finds that in China’s housing market, the expected nature of consumer demand tends to be uncertain. The expected nature of investment demand Tend to adapt to expectations. Based on the conclusion of the study, it is suggested that the government should base its efforts on balancing the supply and demand in the housing market in order to guide the demand of the housing market when formulating its macro-control policies.
