随着经济改革的不断深入和社会分化的日益加剧，社会保障问题越来越成为人们关注的焦点。个人希望依靠保障制度提高生活的安全系数，政府则希望借此制度实现社会稳定。但保障制度在解决社会公平和推进社会整合方面，其作用是极其有限的。从经济社会学入手，从社会保障的学科性质、保障制度和保障产品的社会性质、保障群体的社会属性以及保障制度的社会整合功能等几个方面，可全面分析保障范畴在社会变迁过程中的作用，借此为政策制定者和市场竞争中的个人以及享受保障的群体提供一种新的认识，树立一种新的理念。
With the deepening of economic reform and the increasing social polarization, social security issues have increasingly become the focus of attention. Individuals want to rely on the security system to improve the safety factor of life, the government hopes to use this system to achieve social stability. However, the role of the guarantee system in resolving social equity and promoting social integration is extremely limited. Starting with sociology of economics, we can comprehensively analyze the scope of social security in terms of the nature of social security, the social security nature of social security, the social nature of social security, and the social integration of social security. This will provide a new understanding and establish a new concept for policymakers and individuals in market competition as well as for those who enjoy security.
