首先说明智能网产生的背景,接着以最近CCITT建议草案为准阐明智能网的概念,最后综述世界先进国家智能网的发展,并结合国情提出我国发展智能网的建议。
First of all, explain the background of the emergence of intelligent network, and then clarify the concept of intelligent network based on the recent draft of CCITT. Finally, it summarizes the development of intelligent network in the advanced countries in the world and puts forward suggestions on how to develop intelligent network in China.
