目的探究香樟叶、天竺桂叶、侧柏叶和雪松叶的乙醇提取物对家蝇的生物活性,为植物源灭蝇剂的开发提供理论依据。方法采用白糖载药饲虫法测定4种植物乙醇提取物对家蝇成虫的毒杀作用,采用滤纸药膜法测试4种植物乙醇提取物对家蝇3龄幼虫的驱避作用。结果香樟叶、天竺桂叶、侧柏叶和雪松叶的乙醇提取物对家蝇的24 h半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为7.58、16.02、44.08和38.24 mg/ml。在剂量为1.572 mg/cm2时,4种植物乙醇提取物对家蝇3龄幼虫的驱避率:香樟叶为93.33%,天竺桂叶为88.33%,侧柏叶为58.33%,雪松叶为60.00%。结论 4种植物提取物对家蝇有较好的毒杀和驱避活性,可用于研发绿色环保灭蝇剂。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the biological activity of ethanol extracts of camphor leaf, tangzhonggui leaf, oriental arborvitae leaf and cedar leaf on housefly, and to provide a theoretical basis for the development of plant-derived antifungal agents. Methods The toxic effects of four kinds of plant ethanol extracts on adult Musca domestica were determined by the method of sugar loading and feeding, and the repellent effects of ethanol extracts of four species on the 3rd instar larvae of housefly were tested by filter paper membrane method. Results The median lethal concentration (LC50) for 24 h at room temperature for ethanol extracts of camphor, cassia, oriental, and cedar leaves were 7.58, 16.02, 44.08 and 38.24 mg / ml, respectively. At 1.572 mg / cm2, the repellent rates of alcohol extracts from four species on 3rd instar larvae of housefly were 93.33% for camphor leaf, 88.33% for oriental buckwheat leaf, 58.33% for oriental arborvitae leaf, 60.00%. Conclusion The four plant extracts have good toxicity and repellent activity to housefly, and can be used to develop green environment-friendly insect-killing agents.
