结肠息肉在临床上很常见,患者可有腹痛、腹泻、便秘等不适,是下消化道常见出血原因之一,严重时可发生癌变,故息肉一旦发现,应尽可能摘除。近年来随着结肠镜的广泛使用和镜下治疗器械的不断改进,肠道息肉均可在内镜下局部切除,剖腹探查手术已大为减少。本文回顾我院自2008年8月～2011年6月间,运用内镜下电凝电切术治疗大肠息肉102例的临床资料。现分析如下:
Colon polyps are clinically common, the patient may have abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation and other discomfort, is one of the common causes of bleeding in the lower digestive tract, may occur in severe cases of cancer, so polyps should be removed as soon as possible. In recent years, with the extensive use of colonoscopy and the continuous improvement of endoscopic treatment equipment, intestinal polyps can be partially removed under endoscopy, laparotomy surgery has been greatly reduced.
