作为多种与电驱技术相关的解决方案之一,采埃孚公司正致力于一种底盘集成式电驱技术的研发。目标是通过研究车轮单独驱动技术的潜在应用,并基于当前的电驱技术发展水平,找到一种具有优势的电驱解决方案。研究成果是一种被称为“电动扭力梁”(eTB-Electric Twist Beam)的紧凑型电驱动车桥。其第一台样品已在2011年法兰克福车展(IAA)进行过展示。随后,该底盘集成式电驱系统得到了进一步的开发,并在试验台架和实际样车上,进行了多种功能验证。
As one of a number of solutions related to electric drive technology, ZF is working on the development of a chassis-integrated electric drive technology. The goal is to find an advantageous electric drive solution by studying the potential applications of wheel-independent drive technology and based on the current state of the art in electric drive technology. The result is a compact electric drive axle called an eTB-Electric Twist Beam. The first sample was shown at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show (IAA). Subsequently, the chassis integrated electric drive system was developed further and a variety of functional tests were performed on the test bench and the actual prototype.
