罗汉果(Siraitia grosvenorii)是中国特有的经济、药用植物。本研究基于EST序列,筛选出27对具有多态性的SSR引物,并对1个野生罗汉果种群21个样品进行多样性检测,所有位点均具有多态性,等位基因数从2至11,观测杂合度从0.095至0.994,期望杂合度从0.092至0.889,这些微卫星引物可用于罗汉果遗传多样性分析及辅助育种。
Siraitia grosvenorii is a unique economic and medicinal plant in China. In this study, 27 SSR primers with polymorphism were screened based on EST sequences, and 21 samples of one wild Luo Han Guo population were tested for diversity. All the loci were polymorphic with alleles ranging from 2 to 11 , The observed heterozygosity ranged from 0.095 to 0.994, and the expected heterozygosity ranged from 0.092 to 0.889. These microsatellite primers could be used for genetic analysis and assisted breeding of Lo Han Guo.
