目的探讨苯及苯系物对接触人员健康状况的影响。方法通过对苯及苯系物接触和不接触人员进行健康体检,并在单因素分析的基础上,进行了非条件多因素Logistic分析。结果苯及苯系物接触人员有神经衰弱症状283例(29.7%),白细胞减少151例(15.9%),对照组分别为40例(7.5%)和10例(1.9%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论接触苯及苯系物与多系统疾病患病率有关,且与接触水平呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the effects of benzene and benzene compounds on the health status of contact workers. Methods The health checkups were conducted on the contact and non-contact of benzene and benzene compounds. Based on the univariate analysis, unconditional multivariate logistic analysis was performed. Results There were 283 (29.7%) cases of neurasthenic symptoms, 151 (15.9%) cases of leukopenia, and 40 (7.5%) and 10 (1.9%) cases in the control group, respectively. The difference was statistically significant, P <0.01. Conclusions Exposure to benzene and benzene compounds is associated with the prevalence of multiple system diseases and is positively correlated with exposure levels.
